If you may remember I mentioned I have a doll that has been plaguing my dreams. Well I finally got him over the weekend during the AFA and he is more than I can hope for.

Anime Festival Asia

We’re flying off to Singapore this weekend to catch the Anime Festival Asia on November 22 to 23. It all started with a sudden impulse that my boyfriend wanted to watch the May’n concert there. And boom! We hurriedly booked concert tickets, plane tickets and hostel. The anime convention was just supposedly an added bonus. XD

I was at the KP/ M:6 meet dinner meet less than a month ago, this time at Sango!.

I had fun! And also met up with the Taeyang of my dreams.

The eyes, they are pulling me in. Oh, Akihiko, I will have you!

Akihiko is the name of my prospective Seiran who is a recently released Taeyang doll. This particular Seiran is Takeo, and owned by Chris.

Wall-e is an adorable little robot whose directive is, well, to clean up junk.

What if he happens to discover cleaning items in the junk heap?

Will he use it to practice his dance routine?

Or will he just be utterly clueless?

Acquiring the Genshiken trading figure set was a pleasant surprise. Complete for that matter. I loved the series as I can relate to it so much, being fascinated with the Modern Japanese Visual Culture: anime, manga and video games.

It’s a rare item nowadays, so am very very lucky. And it’s not so bad that the accessories scale with the Pinky:St girls. Hee. Thankful to my benefactors.

Dolls over Coffee

Last August 23rd, met up with friends for coffee and a general dollie meet where a Tae Yang, a Dal, Figmas, Revoltechs, a Kamen Rider and Pinkys (of course) posed for the camera. Crackiness ensued.

With Rotch’s help, I was able to aqcuire the Pinky:St Weapons Set, Wonder Fest Limited Edition.

And so far, it looks to be about worth every penny.

Don’t forget the magical girl’s arsenal!
