R2D2 Tells the Time

Getting Darth Vader’s TIE Fighter was a sign, this is the beginning of the end of me.
I was already pining for this LEGO wristwatch since I first saw it a a department store last year. Yes, it’s a kid’s watch, but who the hell cares? It fits me well! (I even had to unhook some links since it was a bit loose).
The great thing about this watch? The fun elements of LEGO are intact. I can add or subtract links as I see fit. I can even arrange the colors if I want. I can also change the ring around the watch from this one to a different color.

And it comes with an R2D2 minifig. Which sold me.
I’m going to look for the Darth Vader watch next, even if I already have a Vader minifig. Because you can’t just have one! Hopefully, I will still get one. Maybe when I go to Singapore later this year?
So yeah, looks like my wallet will again weep as he finds out I’m collecting another kind of toy. Oh dear.
This item is a LEGO Kids Star Watch.
